Program lead for a greenfield, full-suite ServiceNow implementation covering ITSM, ITAM and ITOM.

• Governance and financials: own the budget, roadmap and backlog prioritization, and report to senior leadership on delivery, risks and spend.
• Process design: define and enforce ITSM process and design standards across workstreams.
• Platform: hands-on admin access, bridging configuration decisions with program priorities.
• Adoption: lead organizational change management for stakeholders and end users.

Led the Transformation workstream of a greenfield Digital Workplace program: ServiceNow ITSM, service desk and on-site support.

• Testing: defined the test strategy and plan and led execution across all workstreams, validating ITIL processes end to end.
• Migration and cutover: owned the go-live checklist and minute-by-minute cutover from the incumbent provider, including data transfer, user activation and communications.
• Digital employee experience: initiated the Nexthink integration for end-user computing analytics.
• Green IT: launched the Aguaro plugin implementation to measure the carbon footprint of IT services.
